best way to preheating engine?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've heard that low-speed driving is better than preheating a car from a
standstill. I heard that the reason is the amount of air to run engine. Then, if i
blow the wind with a fan in front like when driving, can i see the same effect?

Unless you're in extreme temperatures, like well below zero, there is no need to warm up any of today's engines. That includes idling or moving slowly. If you're wondering if an added fan will make a difference, the cooling fan does this when there is no air moving across the radiator and cooling is needed.
