Press on break it idles higher

Hitting Break cause it to idle high volume and
vacum hoes off makes it idle even higher.
And has a miss when driving part of that plug
wires husband seen Sparks comming from
wires. Can we just blead brakes and do it for
top where the fluid goes some you can I
know

The brake booster runs on vacuum and there's a small leak in yours. Removing a vacuum hose causes a larger vacuum leak and makes the idle even higher. Sparks from the ignition wires are grounding and causing a misfire. New wires should fix this.
