Squealing at startup

I have a 02 Montero Sport when
starting  makes a loud squealing
noise but as soon as I put it in gear it
stops. It does it with ac on or off.
And it doesnt do it after i drive it a
while n restart

Probably the belt has some oil or coolant on it that clears up once started , they make a belt dressing or belt quit , I've used painters chalk , wiper fluid , pledge . could also be a slightly worn belt .
