what is the dealers obligation to honor the quote on Cargurus?

Must the dealers honor the price which is returned from a CarGurus's search?  
If the answer is "yes" and they do not honor the price, then what?

The dealers set the prices, Cargurus is the list ad site. Are you confusing the dealer asking price with the Cargurus IMV price? If the dealer is not being honest with you, why deal with them? Find another vehicle.
