How do I get a scammer to quit contacting me?

Question type: General

This guy is harassing me about my car.  He offered less than half my asking, I
rejected it, then he sent another message for delivery.  Then he sent another
saying it's the wrong color and now he's sent two more.  He's just being a
jackass so how do I block him?
