Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2002 Chevy Trail blazer. Won’t start Ex-Boyfriend
disconnected wires, now car won’t start! HELP!!!

My ex disconnected two wired under my steering
wheel, I’ve seen him do this and fix it a few times.
It’s a red and black wire he says don’t have a
connecter so they need to be twisted together and
connected with electrical tape. So I got in my car
and turned the key, no crank, no lights, just the
battery icon was lit up. So I knew he messed with it
and there was a piece of electrical tape on my
floorboard. So I took off the plastic cover and
twisted the wires best I could and connected a
black squad connecter that was disconnected
coming from the steering wheel. Still not starting. I
know he’s done something with the pcm fuse
before so idk if that’s it. No crank power locks still
work any help will do

Also wanted to add I tried a friend, google,
YouTube, not calling the ex so this is where I ended
up and I’ve never posted here before so forgive me
if I did something wrong
