How to repair 1992 Cadillac Sedan DeVille digital dash lights?

1992 Cadillac Sedan DeVille digital dash lights are out. Local dealership and repair shop do not have service manuals for that vintage of vehicle. Any recommendations on how to repair?  Only 47000 miles but cannot verify since the digital reading is not working.

Find another local mechanic that is ASE certified and has a good reputation. I'm shocked that no one can find a fix. Be prepared to be replacing the unit itself, as I don't think those instrument clusters can be repaired.
