Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello All,
Friday I drove my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van home from work and parked it, everything was working just fine. Then Sunday afternoon I went to get in it again, and there is zero power. Neither key fob will work. I was able to take the key out of the key fob and unlock the door, but no power inside (lights, locks, etc), tried to use the push button to start the van without any success, I took the button off and tried to start with the key fob inserted again without any success. We hooked the van up to the battery charger, and again, nothing. Any ideas??

Nevermind, I finally figured it out after searching multiple sites. When I would try to start it, I did notice that the red anti-theft light on the dash would turn on and stay lit up, my dome lights would work if I pushed them on, but would not come on automatically. I called multiple dealers with the same response, "You will have to have it towed in so we can hook it up to the computer" and given a run around. But I found where someone said that if the anti-theft has been activated then the you need to unhook the battery, touch the cables together, and hook it back up. I did this and viola, it was like magic and saved me lots of stress, time, and money!!
