How can I determine the exact time an advertisement was initiated by a dealership

I am involved in the purchase of a vehicle from an online advertise initiated by Car Gu Ru's. The advertisement displays a final price which maybe disputed by the advertising dealer. What is the process to determine the day and time the Ad was placed?

It would make no difference as dealers will play sh*tty little dealer games no matter what you do.
