Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My van has some issues,
noticed drier evap power
connection fried, AC fan
fried, be so I tested for
shorts in system.  6
shorted electrical
systems at fuses and
relays but none had
blown......every AC
system electrical
connectors melted, van
runs but not too bad
can't still use. From what
I remember fuses were
pcm, horn relay, radio
fuse, fuel pump relay,
headlights high beam,
accessory power, ign 1
and 2, and the main fuse
was a smoky brown
where the  copper was
stained, but not blown.
Cigarette lighter
connector burnt on  top
front port. Ignition
cylinder replaced with
used still has issue
connecting less the key
is just right in it. Wipers
work only on medium ad
high and do not function
on variable speeds. Rear
wipers didn't work,
passenger window and
door controls no longer
work, my
tachometer/rpm  gague
when I turn key to acc
moves up to 2000 rpm
uncranked. Then to 3000
rpm cranked and reads
roughly 2k rom higher
than what is accurately
happening with the
motor.

I'm aware of these
sedonas have Been
prone to catching fires
and burning to the
ground. Should have
been major recalls on
them. Trying to avoid
possible fire so...
I'll take all the input I can
get here.
