Green key light on dash on Honda Civic

To anyone who has a green key dashboard light on their Honda Civic. For me it was a ignition switch. I had to bring the car into the honda dealership and have put a new ignition switch in,have keys made and programmed to my new ignition and fork over 780 dollars. Good luck
