Dumping fuel leads to flooding

So I have a2000 ford focus that floods with
fuel at the TB and vacuum hoses attached?

Then why do I have fuel pouring into the throttle body from vacuum line that goes from the TB to the fuel rail?

Most likely a bad fuel pressure regulator, look up a diagram for your fuel injection system to see which part is leaking.
