Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

What is the safest way to let someone test drive
your vehicle?  Is it appropriate to ask for drivers
license & proof of insurance?  Just want to be safe.

Ask to see their DL and take a photo. This is your car so make sure your insurance is paid up. If you have any questions ask your agent. Meet in a public place such as a supermarket or police parking lot and go along on the test drive. Take a friend along if you feel the need and TRUST your gut!
