Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced a piston in my truck and now when I start it it
immediately revs up to 6,000rpm as if I am floring it. I had
someone hold the throttle body closed when starting it and
it still does it. I have replaced my t.p.s. as well as idol air
control valve. I am stuck, anyone have any ideas what could
be causing this?

Would my intake not being tightened properly with correct torque sequence would/could be causing major air leak ?
