2020 RAV4 Hybrid-Did they fix the gas filing and lower than state actual mileage rates?

Many complain that the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid's tank only filled 3/4 full and that
they got much less than the listed mpg.  Has Toyota fixed this in the 2020
Hybrid Model?

I just got one a month ago and I have the same Gas issue .. I don’t believe they have a solution for this yet
