I came across a white 2002 Honda Civic with
some rust and 250,000 km. He is asking 1700
FIRM I think it’s over priced for the year and
for the amount of km. Am I wrong?

Sellers can ask anything they want. Make them a lower offer if you feel it is too high priced.
