Truck Overheating

I have a 1997 Ford F150 ... I am not able to hold coolant ... Oil is good ... Started overheating

Do you see a leak anywhere? How are the freeze plugs? Is cooling system overflowing while driving? Go through entire cooling system, radiator, water pump cooling fans, hoses, thermostat, then check head gaskets, a blown head gasket can over pressurize the cooling system.
