Local seach vs long distance search

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

when searching, I put in 50 mile radius from my zip code.  i am getting many
more miles than that.  How do I change it so that I am only getting local sales.  I
am in SC and am not interested in cars in FL, TX, CA
