Car won't start and no power 1997 Buick Skylark

My 1997 Buick Skylark won't start and doesn't have
no power. At first it would turn over and try to start
but now it won't do anything it has a new battery,
starter and alternator. What else could it be

Check the battery cables at both ends. Make sure everything is clean and tight. Check the large MAXI style fuses in the underhood fuse box. Hope that helps! Jim
