Is this a fair deal? 2008 for fusion traded for a 2006 Chrysler mini van

This 2006 Chrysler mini van was just bought out right by
an individual for $2,200.00 & the 2008 Ford fusion is been
asked for it in trade; basically... What should i do? I have
over 12 grand in the car.. I know its not worth that
now..but what should i do??

You should use kbb.com and input all the information in to see what the cars are worth. Without knowing miles, condition, options etc. I can only make an educated guess.
