Question type: Maintenance & Repair

At first I thought I ran out of gas. We pushed
it to the store and filled it up. Tried to crank
it, sounds liked it needs a jump start. Got
hooked up waited awhile and it charged it
some, then it begins to sound like it's
flooded. OMG I was cold and still sick  but
I was stuck at the store. I bought a new
battery still not cranking, I get down to listen
to the fuel pump it's working, but it still won't
Crank please let me know something, please

It could be many things effecting the starting. It sounds like you have a good battery and possible fuel. You would need to check the fuel pressure on the rail to verify with a fuel gauge. Then for spark. Is the check engine light on? Scan for the trouble codes is next. I would suggest you tow the car to a warm garage or your house to work on it.

Thanks, no the check engine light isn't on. The gas cap light was on before it cut off. That's why I thought it ran out of gas. It had a fourth of a tank then. What about gas treatment, will that clean the fuel if bad gas in there. Last week I went to Walmart for an oil change and got gas there and now here we are
