I installed a transmission out of a 2004 in to
a 99 now it won't start,fuel pump don't come
on it doesn't seem like it is firing either
although the o4 had 5 wires going to the
neutral switch my 99 had 3   why won't it
start?

This is why I do not recommend swaps like this. When you swap in the wrong part you are on your own. I think I would start by sorting out the neutral safety switch issue. Try bypassing it and see if it starts (safely!).

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus and the battery keep running down and it is not the alternator what could be running the battery down I checked the trunk light took the light out and I am having trouble turning the lights off
