If it runs with quick start spray, then you have a fuel issue. Trace fuel back to fuel pump

I checked e everything , relay , fuses , cut off switch in the trunk , fuel pressure, fuel filter and checked for power to the fuel pump but in that when I turned the key, the power was just a blink and I am sure it wasn't enough to prime .

Gummed up fuel system. Drain the tank, change the fuel filter and put fresh gas in it. Use a good fuel system cleaner like Techron or StarTron.

I just found another fuel relay on the left side and that one does a machine gun clicking and the one in the distribution box don't do nothing

Try turning the ignition on and off a few times without starting it, this will pressurize the fuel rail.
