Question type: General

Ok i have a 2000 model firebird with the 3.8 v6 that has a
rod knocking.  I also have a 1992  Chevy pickup  v8 5.7
complete with the wiring harness and computer and the
transmission attached to it.  What are the chances of me
swapping them out and it actually fitting?

Measure from the very tips of the engine and trans for everything, look at bolt patterns and look at harnesses, determine yourself. You don't wanna hear a direct answer from me, I have a LS6 swapped Fiat 500, I MAKE anything fit.

This can work but if smog checks are an issue your car will not be legal to drive on the road.
