My neighbor dumped used grease (from a
bbq grill) off of their balcony onto the
pavement in front of my garage, I have to
drive thru it to pull into my garage. Can this
damage the rubber on my tires?

No, but watch leaving the garage your tires might slip and smell like a grill.
