My 2.9 1990 Ford Ranger keeps blowing front
transmission seal automatic transmission

Your transmission is developing internal pressures that are more than it can handle. This is probably due to the condition of the fluid: dirty and/or burned. Go to a transmission shop and have this diagnosed, but I suspect that the damage is already done and you'll be replacing that transmission.

The vent may be plugged.
