I have a 1994 ford f150 with 5.0 motor it runs
sometimes and sometimes i will come out of store
or something and it will turn over but want start i
had to have it towed home today and as soon as
they got it home it started what could cause it not
to start all the time

Your problem seems to be that the engine won't restart when the engine is warm. Your car has a fuel or electrical problem; really could be either. It could be leaking fuel injectors flooding a hot engine. It could be a bad sensor: crankshaft position, cam position, or maybe even the engine coolant temperature. Might even involve ignition components, such as coil or igniter. Without actually seeing the car, it's not possible to say what the exact problem is. Why don't you take the car to a mechanic to diagnose. Or go to an auto parts store to get codes read and they probably won't charge you for this.
