Check Engine Light and traction control light after replacing a fuse

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok, so in March 2017 my check engine light came on, it was
throwing a code for the mass air flow sensor so I had it
replaced. Within 2 weeks the check engine light came back
and threw the same code but the car drove fine so I ignored
it. October 2017, the transmission goes out. I had it
replaced and told the mechanic at the Nissan dealership to
fix EVERYTHING (especially for the amount I was paying).
Fast forward to now, the car has driven perfectly fine. The
fuse for the power outlet was bad so my husband changed
it. That's when this problem started... After changing it, the
traction control light randomly comes on and the check
engine light randomly comes on. When the traction control
light comes on, the car won't go over 40mph and idles
rough. Again, this is all at random times and seems to
happen more often if I leave the car idling. I had it put on
the computer and it is still throwing the code for the mass
air flow sensor. Please help!
