First time buyer - mistake?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Don't know if this is the right forum but, over a week ago I went and bought a car(a smart fortwo) from a used dealership. At the time, the car was not on the lot and the dealer mentioned it was getting minor repairs done that would be completed by the next day. Came in the next day, car was yet to be fix, saying it would be on the following day, but, they gave us a rental car for the trouble. Fast forward to now, still haven't received the car, and was told two days ago the mechanics had order the wrong part, and that the car would be fix the following day. Now, I am getting paranoid, and wondering what actions I can take to get out of the lease? Do I have any options or am I stuck.

I hope you did not pay for a car you have not received.
