Right rear blinker keeps blowing.

For some reason my passenger rear blinker keeps
blowing bulbs and also the reverse light doesn't
work at all either what could cause this issue it is a
2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee

yeah that's exactly what I thought I work at Mavis discount tire I am a mechanic I'm just not a ASE certified technician or nothing like that but I do all your basic mechanical stuff alternator you know brakes and stuff like that you know but I know that's exactly what I was going to go for it but someone said after a trailer connection to it and aftermarket one and I'm going to start with that and it's got an actually that's got an extension connected to it as well so I'm going to start with all the shorts in the ground just like you said
