My AC blows out hot heat or nothing at all and
when I turn it on it sounds like I hear a door
flapping.

In the ductwork there's a blend throttles between hot/cold. Yours is sticking because the door actuator is defective. That's the sound you hear under the dash from a defective actuator. Try a spray lubricant on the actuator, or remove it to see if there's a broken sprocket. Might need replacing. It's not a difficult fix.
