Both power windows don't go down what is likely to be my
problem?

Both at the same time ? check fuses , then you pretty much have to pull the door panel and see what has power/ground and what don't , you'll need a multi tester , if you want to do your own repairs like these you'll need certain tools , there's probably modules that are pricey
