Engine swap

I have  A 2000 to Dodge ram 1500 pickup 4.7
engine the engine blew I  Replaced the engine with
a engine out of a 2004 dies Durango 4.7 and is not
working are they not compatible any help please

The issue is probably that the old ECU is not compatible with the newer engine. The tone ring (reluctor) is different between these years (99% certain)which is probably the main issue. Other sensors may also be an issue. Maybe you can install old sensors in the newer engine and get it to run.

Okay question I didn't get ecu for the newer engine so is there anyway I could get the info I need to get the right ecu

You would also need the engine wiring along with the correct ECU. At this point you may be better off converting the engine to the old spec. You may want to find a Dodge forum to get more detailed information.
