Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

How do I handle and estate sale using cargurus? I am selling my late father's
car on behalf of my mother. So, I am not listed on the title and don't have my
father's drivers license to comnplete the sale.

Depends on your state. Check with the Estate attorney for the best answer. All CarGurus does is advertise the car for sale. It is up to you to provide legal documentation and title to sell the car.

If your mom is on the title she may be able to sign off on the sale otherwise you will probably end up in probate.
