If the engine are the same most likely yes. If you need a new radiator my advise would be to get a new one from a parts store, they’re not that expensive and you know what you’re getting with a warrantee.

Yes, but both vehicles have to have the same transmission, manual vs automatic and if one has the engine cooler, the other one needs it as the hoses hook to the radiator as well as the automatic cooler lines.
