1998 TAYOTA Camry leak in radiator

There are products on the market that can be used to stop a radiator leak. Your local auto parts store would carry it. But those shouldn’t be used long term and for emergencies. Cost of replacing will vary by area and shop. A quick call to a shop will get you an estimate.
Brand new radiators for your vehicle run from $60 to 100. Another 20 to 30 for coolant. Always do the thermostat when changing coolant, another $5. Fixing an old radiator is an option, but depends on where it is leaking from. JB Weld for around cracked outlets, or StopsLeak when it's in the core, but those can gunk up a cooling system. If you DiY, be sure to watch a video on how to bleed all the air out of a cooling system when done.
