If I live over 300 miles away from the car I
decide to buy can I ship it toward my city? If I
can how can I make it possible?

You need to hire an auto shipping company. That cost is provided by you. But I would personally inspect the vehicle before purchase or have a third party company do it. Work with the seller or dealer to make that happen.
