we just had service on a 2000 Acura RL, service include: Replace intake manifold, clean RGRpassages and replace EGR tube. The car is now leaking fuel from somewhere in the engine compartment. Could this be due to the repair?

It very well could be. Fuel leaking could be from a hose, the fuel rail or an injector. Take it back for the shop to correct it.
