Brake lights

Can someone tell me why my brake lights wont
work on my 2010 Ford Taurus my bulbs and fuses
seem to be fine. I am at a loss please help

Most common is the brake light switch itself, it’s a real Bear to get to but you will be able to see it up under the dash just follow the brake pedal and you will see it, then test for power to it and then out when you push the brake pedal some. If no power in then check the brake light wiring for a break. If you have power going in but not out when the pedal is pushed the replace the switch.
