Question type: Maintenance & Repair

98 ram won't go above 35 and is bogging down
when I try to for it to go. Had a misfiring code
come up, so I changed plugs and wires. Ran great
for 20 min then back to 35 and bogging. Any help
would be appreciated

Oil leaks past head gasket and interferes with spark plugs. Thus you have misfiring. Oil is a conductor and will seek the path of least resistance

With a misfire, the most likely problem is an exhaust restriction, like a clogged catalytic converter. Might be a failing pump, clogged filter, dirty injectors, the list goes on. If you have a warning light, there are codes associated. go to an auto parts store to get them read.
