If the car Im interested in is 9,000 and I have 10,000 saved up can I just buy the car or do you have to do payments? It might seem like a dumb question but I'm about to buy my first car

You can pay cash if you want. Is the 10K saved up just for the car and you have other money available for repairs and rent and food? Also consider you will be paying state taxes, fees and tags and registration when you buy the car. So you might want to consider putting some money down, then make payments. Did you consult an auto loan officer at your local bank to see what loan you can qualify for before you sep into a dealership? You need a valid driver license, and an income from a job to finance.

I don't want to make payments, or take a loan. My question is more so can I just pay the total price of a car I wanna buy from here or is it all just payments? I wanna find a car on here, go with the total amount of the car and then buy it without payments, is that an option?
