I don't lease because there are too many hidden costs. You would be better off buying or renting. It all depends on your needs and how much you are willing to pay

Leasing is popular. You can easily ease a vehicle with little to no out of pocket expense. You're also protected from getting a car that turns out to be troublesome. After the lease, you can buy it for the residual, or if it is bad, just hand the dealer the keys. Qualifications for a lease are similar to a loan. I've leased several vehicles and recommend it. The downside is you have to take good care of the car and you can drive only limited miles for the term of the lease.

I prefer to own. Don't lease unless you drive limited annual miles and can keep the car pristine.
