Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 2004 landcruiser  ,after I start the engine for
about 20 minutes or during city or highway drive ,I
find that the temperature indicator on the
dashboard is almost in the middle between low
and high ??
Is that ok ??or my engine is overheating ??
Thank you in advance.

By the way when i bought the car it used to have an electric fan right on the car front as upstream of the a/c condenser ((thinking it might block the air flow, i removed it and it has removed up to now)) One guy told me this fan works only during overheating and turned on by temp sensor connected.. If the temp is ok as you said , i will not put it back..
