Any major brand is good, but stick with conventional oil, none of the blends or Synthetics. with that kind of mileage you might try just one grade heaver but only if you have noticed any slight ticking on initial start up or have seen a slight oil pressure drop when at full operational temperature. Whatever you have been using apparently works just great. I have a 2002 with 210,000 miles and I run 5W20 conventional oil with LiquiMoly. Use a top quality oil filter.
