74 Oldsmobile Cutlass

My friend has a 74 Cutlass that he thinks is
worth $4K at the low end and could fetch as
high as $12K. I think it’s worth about $1,200
If it ran. It has dents, bondo, cracked glass
and will barely run. I believe this car is a
dollar for dollar restore. Every dollar you put
into it will be the only dollar you get back
when sold. Is it popular? Is it worth anything?

Never said he was a used car salesmen just a dreamer. Never said he was looking to be one either. It’s not helping when there is information out that indicates that’s these particular vehicles are reported to be worth between $4K and up to $12K.

I would rather any answers that you might have, to be about the car and not the person. Stick with what you know (cars) and not what you think you know (people). My friend is honest and is not a cheater or liar and most of all he is not looking to “sucker” anyone.
