Fuel pump turning on when you turn the key on? It should sound like a hum for 2/3 seconds

Pump working new plugs and spark from coil

Try to pour some gas down the carb if you can, not alot, you don’t want to flood it. See if it runs for a bit, and see when it runs if you can give it gas

If you have starter fluid laying around, that’ll work

Still not firing

Doesnt’t sound like a gas problem then, did this just happen randomly?

He pumped it and gas to carburator

If it doesn’t run when starting fluid/fuel isnt poured down the carb, i think you have an issue with spark or something else mechanical. I’ve never worked on older fords, test for spark, if you don’t know how just look it up on youtube all you need is a screwdriver, easier to understand there. If that doesn’t work come back here.
