2009 Kia Sportage 4WD problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 Kia Sportage 4WD. Recently
every time I was making a turn while driving,
it would shudder. After reading a suggestion
on internet, I pulled the 4WD fuse out and the
problem was gone. My question is, if I drive
my Kia with this fuse out then would I face
any problem other than no 4WD function?
Fixing that 4WD coupler seems very
expensive and we do not use 4WD function
anyways.

If your car is true 4WD you should never operate it in 4WD on dry pavement. I think you need to use the Auto setting. Never run it locked on pavement.
