Paying through Carguru

I found a car that I  might want to buy. Carguru
says not to pay the seller directly, but I haven't seen
any way to submit a payment.

It is up to you to pay direct or pay a middle man like CG's. If you feel comfortable doing the transaction face to face go ahead and do the deal on your own. I would.
