Usually no, you must be 18 to enter into any financial agreement

Thank you. I thought so. I just need a car and my dad has custody of me. He is disabled so I don’t know what to do.

Maybe you can find an old beater car that you can pay cash for and have it in both your names until you turn 18 and can get financing, but I can tell you it is going to be rough to find some place willing to do it without co-signers.

You need a cosigner or you can wait a few months.
