2003 Grand Marquis no tail lights bought lcm repair

Recently noticed that my tail lights and overhead
light was not working after research figured it was
lcm module purchased the repair kit got it on and
everything was good but it is not staying properly
connected even after zip tied and duct taped any
suggestions please!!!

Js08016 thank you for responding thats what i thinking repair part is basically junk ill look into the warranty thanks again
